The French Connection - Ashford

We were on a meal deal with premier inn.We had dinner and breakfast for two days .The dinners were OK but the breakfasts were not up to standard .Fruit was not to an acceptable standard and the cooked was not very hot .The interior needs completely revamping it has threadbare furniture and is in serious need of an upgrade .Not the best place we have eaten at staying with premier inn.Not a good experience

Food is good and always quick service Kerry Ann is a great asset to the team always has a smile and always friendly. Hotel is always clean as is the French connection

We would love to thank Sandra and her team for accommodating is at short notice. And love to thank our waitress Caitlin. Great meal with the family, Our disabled children loved the atmosphere and food. great value for money, food was lovely, kids meals were amazing. Had activity sheets to keep children amused whilst food was being prepared.

When ever I am in the area I always stay at this premier inn where this restaurant is located as it is comfortable and big with lots of space. My request for a quiet corner was granted and in fact the staff remembered us from my last visit last year so we must have made an impression ! I travel with my two sons who have autism and can be a little unpredictable so we prefer to avoid crowds so not to annoy anyone else. Food was what you expect with fast service. Great for families

Matthew and his team were working really hard tonight and never stopped. They were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble, definitely going back!
