Ostras Tapas Bottle Shop - Ashland

Ostras is our favorite restaurant in Ashland. Oliver is a gracious and knowledgeable host/owner. His knowledge of Spanish and local wines improves the selection of foods.

Red wine was too cold. The taste was affected by the chilled wine. Server said it was taken out of the refrigerator.

Very personal service. Good talks with every employee who offers all exceptional service. The ingredients and execution of each dish is amazing. The knowledge that the staff has a rate of wine and cocktails exceeds my expectation. You will enjoy the food and learn something every time you go! The best restorer in Ashland!

Delicious food and great service! Spanish Sardines Brussels Sprouts Salad (try it with Blue Cheese crumbles) were great starters. NY Steak with Chimichurri Sauce was grilled perfectly. Seared Scallops with Romesca Sauce was outstanding!
