I purchase his briskets and a few ribs, and they are fantastic. I also use his RUB when I smoke my own meats. The flavor is excellent, and the location at 120 and I Street is just 35 miles from my home.
The brisket and pulled pork are delicious! The staff is friendly and welcoming. Please support this small business!
The only thing that surpasses the BBQ is the pit master himself. This is truly the best BBQ you’ll find this side of the Mississippi!
Today was our first visit, and we had the ribs—they were absolutely delicious! They were incredibly tender. We will definitely be returning.
