Great food, super waitress, fun being with granddaughter !

We visited for a birthday party on Feb 3rd. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant and I'm 53 so that's saying something.There was 18 of us and 1 waitress. There were several servers standing around in the other room with nothing to do but none of them bothered to help or waitress. Drinks were not brought out promptly, some of us had to wait 15 minutes for a refill.... but the worst was the food. Several of us never got our French fries, some were finished eating before others got their food and 1 guy didn't get his food until we were ready to leave and we'd been there for 2 hours.The manager wouldn't even come in and talk to him or any of us... he literally peaked in the room and walked away. This restaurant knew we were coming for at least a week and was not at all prepared for us. We had reservations for 3 pm and they weren't even busy. I will never eat her again and will encourage anyone thinking of having a birthday/Christmas/company dinner here to go elsewhere.

One of the best Bdubs restaurant in the U.S. I can’t stress enough the way this restaurants atmosphere is like no other bdubs. 10/10

Can't rate the food cause I didn't get any...I ordered food for 710 on bogo Thurs on Thursday night Football and the browns were playing..there was 1 manager and maybe 6 employees including hostess who sanitized menus while chaos was surrounding..when walking in I noticed about 25 to 30 people in lobby I assumed they were waiting to be seated...no they were also waiting for to go orders.. after a 50 min wait I decided I wanted my money back..asked employee she didn't know how.. took my name and number and said a manager would call me to confirm..no call..I call at noon next day was told to call back on an hr..called back told to wait another hr..at 6pm I call and was finally told my refund is processed but going through corporate and will take 6 to 8 business days to get..won't be back it's one thing to be understaffed but on a TNF night with a team less than 45 min away playing no reason to be understaffed or atleast shut your mobile orders off..

Food and service always great. 4 starts for cost. 10+ dollars for 6 wings is crazy. We do not come as much as we used to due to the increased prices.
