Would like yo thank the employees for making my blizzard the way I like it. Very good.

I'm surprised the ratings aren't higher for this Dairy Queen. It's actually very good. I visited on June 4, 2023 and once before that. I can't complain, I got a three piece chicken tender meal with a fudge sundae for 7. I was surprised to be served gravy with the tenders so I asked for barbecue dipping sauce. The first time I asked for an extra one and was charged .75 which wasn't bad for the size of the sauce. I don't eat gravy but I did try it and it was actually good. I don't think I've ever had white gravy(it was sausage gravy I think, that's what it tasted like. Overall, I was pleased. I didn't like the sprite, it was watery and didn't taste real good so I went back in and got some ice in my Bubba container.

Ordered breakfast burrito, not as good as Burger King. Wife had the bacon, I had the sausage. Service was great, just ordered the wrong thing.

Went through the drive through with my son and grandson and ordered few blizzard and I’m deaf in my right ear so I ask them to read it back to me because I thought he said small vanilla shake and he read it so fast I couldn’t understand him and was rude pull up and the lady was rude I asked her to read it again because I didn’t want them to make something I didn’t want. She got an attitude and I ask to speak to a manager she said I’m the manager I ask her if she was ok if she wanted to talk or if she was just having a bad day there wasn’t a single person there besides us. she said you were huffing and puffing. I said yeah you were rude. She then continued having an attitude and the man handing out the ice cream was even worse so I gave them the same attitude they were giving me and they didn’t like it. I know we have bad days and if you can’t handle people or getting annoyed for a simple request then food service isn’t for you. Do better DQ

Ordered a mini plain cheesecake blizzard with graham base added and a medium lemonade. Paid for my order. 1st, they didn’t give me my lemonade then tried to make me pay after I already paid for my order. 2nd, my blizzard was vanilla ice cream with crushed up graham crackers. NO CHEESECAKE AT ALL. The receipt even said no cheesecake??? Girl at the speaker even repeated “plain cheesecake blizzard.”
