Giovanni's Pizza - Ashland

I waited a long time for my order. I'm the only customer in the restaurant, yet they're prioritizing everyone else's orders over mine. It's really frustrating.

My family has been enjoying pizza from this place since before I was born, and it is by far my favorite pizzeria in the world. In fact, I prefer their pizza over what I tasted in Milan. However, I'm curious about the switch to square slices, and I would like to request that you return to the traditional slices. Please don’t change something that was working perfectly—bring back the regular slices for the large pizzas. The smaller square slices are awkward to handle, and many of them lack a proper crust, which makes for an incomplete pizza experience. As I sit here with my family, we're all struggling with these unusual shapes. They’re tougher to pull out of the box and don’t have the same aesthetic appeal as a classic slice. I really love what you do, and I would truly appreciate a return to traditional slices. Thank you for considering this request. As for parking, it’s a bit small, but there’s still plenty of space available.

Unfortunately, something has changed, and not for the better. Our subs lacked something essential—it's hard to pinpoint exactly what, but they simply didn't taste the same as we remembered. To make matters worse, the 19-inch pizza was cut into squares?! Who wants that? We've been getting Giovanni's from this location since the 80s, and everyone was quite disappointed this time around. Giovanni's is an institution in Ashland, but something feels off. I hope someone can get things back on track soon.

Being out of town we were excited to get a Giovanni's pizza and they did not disappoint! Ordered a big red with extra red dressing and fries on Saturday 6/29. When I got home I discovered that my big red had no red dressing on it and there was no lettuce on the sandwich either. And no red dressing in the bag which is what makes a big red. I contacted them and spoke with the owner who said she refunded my $12.72 back to my card. It’s been almost two weeks and still haven’t seen it. I’ve tried calling them a couple of times and the owners won’t return my call.
