Mineshaft - Ashland

I stopped in Ashland after visiting Centralia, and I must say the burger was truly outstanding. Unfortunately, the fries were just mediocre. On a positive note, the service was excellent, which was a nice surprise compared to what I've heard from others.

I dropped by for lunch during my visit to the Ashland Mining Museum and Centralia. I sat in the bar area and ordered the Mac and Cheese, which was prominently featured on the menu.
