Sheetz - Ashland

The food is decent, but I've had issues with their online ordering. If they run out of an item, they substitute it with something completely different that I didn't want. There should be a way for them to contact customers to notify them about any missing items that were already paid for before they replace them with something else. It’s frustrating to have to throw away food I didn’t order.

The ice is fine, but the food leaves much to be desired. By the way, the gas prices at Walmart just a block away are always lower.

I really enjoy Sheetz—the staff were quite friendly, and our food arrived quickly. I ordered eight hot dogs, and they generously provided six packets of ketchup. However, the restroom was in terrible condition. The area under the toilets in the main bathroom was unclean, and both trash cans were wet on top, not just inside. I ended up using my pants instead of the paper towels. It was far from sanitary.

Customer service is excellent. Nice and fast! Breakfast sandwiches are the best round and cheaper than McDonalds and so on?? I love this sheet. Thank you?

Pretty fast with the food. Upset they don't have the popcorn chicken anymore. Floors needed swept in the worst way. Friendly workers. Fantastic hotdogs.
