I placed an online order to skip the line. However, when I arrived to collect my order, there was a long queue and my order had not been started despite the app showing it was ready 5 minutes ago. After waiting for 15 minutes, someone finally noticed me and started preparing my order. The online app's status was extremely inaccurate. Takeout service needs improvement.

I was injured at the front door of this restaurant because the door closer was not properly adjusted. I sprained my wrist and dropped my food. I will be contacting a lawyer.

The subs are fantastic with generous portions of meat and veggies. The service is excellent, and the atmosphere is great for dining in. This is a perfect spot for a lunch meal, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. I highly recommend trying the Subway Club sandwich.

The employee there at the bell store in hayesville made me and my husband day. Such a sweet girl and we sat down and ate and she kept herself busy. So sweet.
