Wawa - Ashland

Ordered a pumpkin spice iced coffee with oat milk, was super sour when I took my first sip and I took it back to get it remade and the women acted like I was crazy and remade it with a attitude and it tasted the exact same. I don’t know if she had her ingredients mixed up or was using expired stuff but it was no good.

We stopped by here to refill our tank and get some snacks. The store was clean but had tight aisles. The bathroom were dirty and left a lot to be desired. There was one person working the register and the line moved a bit slowly.

Just a standard Wawa in the neighborhood. I don't mind waiting. This store seems to be busier with the restaurant in the store. I wanted to get some bottled water. But that one-and-only 6 pack had a leak from one bottle. What a bummer.

I went for a sub and was told there would be a 20 to 30 minute wait so I got a cookie, the cookie was burnt and very hard . So dissatisfied yet upset I couldn’t get what I really wanted and agreed to something fast and convenient for the STAFF yet they gave it to me burnt and hard !

Food better than Sheetz but parking and entering/exiting the store from any road is bad, esp. from Rt 1 when people are trying to leave and cut across 3-4 lanes of traffic or make you wait while trying to cut across 3-4 lanes of traffic. I've never been to a Wawa that had simple, safe, and practical entrances/exits. Ordering on the touch screen can be a chore and not easily intuitive, even for someone tech savvy and the person behind the counter wasn't very helpful when trying to ask a question about the ordering process.
