I had read a few reviews since the new owners took over, but decided to give it a try. I was so disappointed. The fresh fish tasted like it had been frozen and the chips were terrible. It's such a shame because this place has so much potential if they could just get it right.

We have been customers for over ten years. since this last sale omg terrible. iw called the new owners 3 times to tell them. chips like rubber with all black sharing the cant cook batter always soft soggy the burger was in order, but fish. and chips that I just called to order and I said hey, last quantity fish was so small and few chips. So this time they gave me a piece of fish and mountain of so-called chips. gum like precooked chips threw them out hopeless I fear the place is down a lot will not go back!

My friend and I visited this restaurant earlier this week and had one of the best burgers we've ever tasted! The menu also offers a great variety of seafood options. The staff was very friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome.

I tried the burger and fish and chips at this restaurant. The food was great, with generous portions and good value. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you! I would highly recommend this place.

Most definitely a locals fave, fast friendly service, we look forward to our weekly fish n chips from these guys. Love the kiwi cod and the glorious big chunky chippies which in our opinion are the best on the coast.
