Burger King - Ashtabula

I cannot recommend this restaurant as the ordering process took twice as long as necessary and the food we received was not what we ordered or they were out of items.

This is the only place where I can satisfy my Burger King craving, and I am only able to come here once every 8 months. Burger King is no longer on my mind when I have the chance to visit this location. The burgers here are amazing and my order has never been wrong. They perfectly capture the delicious juiciness and amazing flavor of a Burger King burger.

I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches, 2 salads with cheese and mayo, and 2 chicken sandwiches without salad or cheese. I was charged extra for the cheese on the salads and for the cheese that I specifically asked not to have on my chicken sandwiches. When I called to ask for a refund of $3.20, they reluctantly offered to remake the sandwiches. However, they later informed me that they couldn't process the refund because the transaction had already been closed. Due to this issue and the inconvenience, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

Free style koks machine had no options everything was on it. the crew was rude. the burgers were cold the drinks that we got tastefully flat. this place sucks. will not be back

Sat waiting for 10 minutes to be told they were closed, at 10 when their hours clearly say 1. When I told the cashier that, she ignored me and left her headset on while continuing to listen to me ask why they closed early
