Food is nice, but we were with bad taste. we decided to go to pudding, even though the selection was not so tempting. For an unknown reason we waited for more than 40 minutes and got them only after my husband came back to ask for them and they lost the order. Pretty bad, especially because it was already paid. Sad for the result. A star for dogs. We have returned customers, but not sure whether we can be harassed with this service.

The best of local pubs. Kunkku offers a wide range of drinks and food. The disadvantage is the relatively high price level. Another problem is the unpredictable opening hours...

The location is absolutely wonderful, right next to the busiest inland channel throughout Europe and you should definitely be along the canal before or after your visit. The burgers are great and the selection of drinks is exceptional for such a small village as Väksy. The place is a bit expensive, but it is money well spent : Opening times are somewhat variable and usually closed in winter. There is also a decorative warehouse in the same building, but I understand absolutely nothing about it, so you should come and check it for yourself.

The white fish was great (muikku). I had flat steak which was a bit dry. The burgers and salads looked superb. Price range about 15 to 20 euros. Very nice scenery next to the canal.
