This type of customer service is hard to come by and I appreciate it as I’ve been a loyal customer of Dunkin for years! Kudos to Walter and his staff!
Every time I come to Aspen Hill Dunking Donuts; I get the wrong order! This morning they did not have napkins and once again I get the wrong order. I was in a rush so I didn’t have time to go back and replace it. Also, they need to hire people with good customer service. The young girl was serious and looked super tired ?
Coffee is often made with more water than coffee. And it's only in this location. And even more so when they serve in the early morning until 6 am.
The young ladies working at night need some professional training. Thats not how you represent a company or provide customer service. Grow up.
I genuinely wish I didn’t even have to give one star. Disgusting food and customer service. I received my food with a long hair stuck and cooked with the food, absolutely DISGUSTING. I called them to tell them about it, the guy on the phone gives me attitude about it. Not a sorry or I apologize or not a single nice thing to say. He just said can’t refund you if you’re not here. I’m not driving 30 mins just to get a 5$ refund but some hospitality on the phone would’ve been nice. Terrible place. I used to get breakfast before going into my office from here but now not only am I disgusted by this place being unsanitary but by the horrible customer service like hire better people please!
