I can't add to what others have written. What a great experience. Clever, inventive cooking by highly talented people. Vegetarian emphasis and what flavors! All complemented by a knowledgeable and highly personable sommelier. Worth every centime. Damn the expense.

Loved all the special dishes that the chefs created for a visiting vegetarian--they were made with both a sense of love and a sense of humor (onion sorbet, anyone? . Loved every minute of it. When the bill came, I realized I won't every be able to return, so this was literally a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

The 12m2 room is really too small and the deco takes too much room. We would have liked to take a hot and not very warm shower! , having a bathroom “normally “Great ...and putting unbroken slippers and bad qualities, not to mention the shower gel dispenser pumps that didn’t work! Despite this the reception is correct. Restaurant 1* is exceptional with an extraordinary team, friendly, professional, passionate like their Chefs Cuisiniers! Congratulations to All for this wonderful moment
