This restaurant has a very authoritarian and unhealthy atmosphere, largely due to the influence of the figure skating director, Lisa Shaw. Her domineering personality creates a tense environment that affects everyone and everything around her.
This year was definitely more organized; the lines were quick and efficient. However, there were fewer vendors compared to previous years. There were no fun toys or outfits available, just a vendor selling Edea skates on the side.
