Busu - Astoria

If you visit during their operating hours, you are bound to be impressed!

I told you the truth, I was very sceptical first. A small town, small stand with only service windows, no seats. And many good reviews. All this looks like a fake. IT is not. In my opinion, BUSU is a Michelin place for street food. There's no joke or exaggeration. You can (or have) do a special trip just try Busu. I don't remember what I had, but all the dishes were tender, interesting and incredibly delicious. This crab soup was divine <3 I know when I am back in summer the busu place will be my must visit place. Who knows who this chef is? He's gifted to God.

Hands down THE BEST food experience we had on our whole trip on the Oregon Coast! The food and the cook were so amazing that we went there three times! Really cool combination of seafood and Japanese foods. The taste is fantastic and the ingredients are local. What can you ask for more? If you haven't stopped here yet, you'll miss.

I knew this place had to be good when I turned around on Saturday at 6:30 and they were already sold out. Came back on Sunday and I wasn't disappointed! Amazing food, heel portions and great service, worth the waiting time (only about 20 minutes). Next time I'm in town!
