Forno Siciliano - Astoria

I started with the fried calamari, which was excellent—not the rubbery, small pieces you often find at chain restaurants, but large, fresh pieces that truly resembled seafood. For my main course, I had the black linguini with shrimp in fra diavolo. The pasta is made in-house, and while I felt the sauce could have had a bit more heat, it was still delicious overall. The food was fantastic, and the service was great! I highly recommend this place!

I had an excellent experience at the restaurant, thanks to Cristian's outstanding service. The food was fantastic from appetizers to dessert. I will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends and family. Oh, and I must mention the homemade bread—it was amazing! Food: 5/5

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. We arrived 15 minutes early for our Easter dinner, and the host was very accommodating, seating us within just 5 minutes. The food service was outstanding, with the staff doing an impressive job managing a full house. We definitely plan to return and try the pizza, which looked absolutely delicious. As for vegetarian options, there was a great selection of vegetables available.

Came here for the Margherita. It was alright, but fell short of several other locations. Almost forgot to take a picture of it as it was a bit uninspiring looking… kinda like a large cheese pizza. Probably shouldn’t have order the small (12” instead of the large (16” . I was hoping to sit at the bar since I was traveling alone, but unlike the photos, there was no seating at the bar.
