Blue Scorcher Bakery Cafe - Astoria

The tempeh reuben is my favorite dinner here and I just discovered that it can also be ordered for breakfast. it looks like there have been fewer vegan bakery options lately, but the Cosmo cookie is, I think, fairly always available and I really like it. we always come by at least once at the blue scorcher when we visit astoria.

All vegetarian menu. many great vegan options. delicious chai w/oat milk vegan baked. yum!

Get the bakery out. some vegan food items like the yam burrito huge, good to share. bakery more vegetarian than vegan, I had a gluten-free coffee cake. really good coffee

I got some things here and I enjoyed everyone. the yam burrito, the poetic bowl and the tempo sandwich. great coffee, service and eat! Although this is not a fully vegan establishment, I believe that it is vegetarian so that it makes a bit easier for us if they need to order and possibly change dinge on specific order.

Loved the food— as you’d expect, crowded on a Sunday morning. Got the two vegan options a on menu, both were very delicious. Was a bit disappointed with their lack of vegan pasty options and the latte we had tasted pretty burnt
