Really good, but lack of lunch specials (everything's à la carte) and too expensive (for Paraguay) makes them lose a star

It’s a decent place with a cozy atmosphere. But It’s just way too expensive for the food they serve.

Second time we spend 10 15 minutes waiting at the bar, impossible to have any kind of service. I heard it's good, but will never know.
