Pho 4 U - Atascadero

This restaurant serves some of the best pho and egg rolls I have ever had. The broth is amazing and the textures are great. The pho includes tofu, mushrooms, bean sprouts, carrots, bean, and cauliflower. Even my non-vegan friends couldn't tell the difference between the normal egg rolls and the vegan ones. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

The pho at this restaurant is delicious. We tend to visit more often during the winter months. It's a hidden gem with a rating of 3 out of 5 for food quality.
