So this was a regular Pho spot I frequently visited ... always the chicken Pho...no need to see the menu...I'll do my norn..but today for lunch the Pho was $14.06
My team and I (4 total) went out to eat at this place today. 2 of us ordered a pho bowl 13.75 each as shown on the menu). The other two colleagues ordered the Rice bowl with pork/shrimp 13.00 each). We got 2 sodas 3)/2 water and a side order of spring rolls 5.00). When we went to check out the total was $88.00. We didnt even realized we got overcharged until we were driving back to our job. We called the management and they told us oh yeah the prices have increased each plate we got was actually $16 bucks each and the spring rolls we got were actually $5 per spring roll (ARE YOU JOKING! These prices were not listed on the menu, in what pho establishment do you see where they charge $5 per spring roll. They realize they overcharged us and made up new prices on the spot when they called us back. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
Dishwater soup, coffee so sweet it had lumps in it. Expensive! Never again. Now I see why on a Saturday after 6:00 We were the only customers.
I visited this restaurant for the first time because my usual pho spot was closed. I went for lunch, and although they didn't appear too busy, there was only one waiter working. He seemed a bit preoccupied when we arrived, but eventually, we mentioned we could sit anywhere. He was very attentive and took our order efficiently. The egg rolls were incredible, and the broth was quite good. I had the brisket and rare steak pho. While the quality of the meat was below expectations, I was overall satisfied with my experience.
