Mcdonald's - Atchison

Becky and I had the best dinner at the Atchison McDonald's tonight. The food was fresh and HOT!One server, Kai, stood out to us with his friendly, upbeat and service-driven attitude.

Service was slow, many people waiting in the lobby. All the tables were dirty, condiment station was very dirty and the bathroom was dirty. Could really use a lobby attendant.

Definitely would not go here if you can make it somewhere else. Took about 15 min for food at 2 in the afternoon. 6 employees just standing around, 1 working cashier, 2 doing food and the rest didn't do anything. They messed up our order. Very unclean inside.

Everyone loves McDonald's. They also have an accommodating table for people on wheelchairs. So they too can enjoy thier meals.

I ordered 1 McRob meal with no onions or pickles, extra sauce, large drink and large fries. My order was rang up wrong. Manager fixed this problem. I got home and it has little to no sauce, onions and pickles. I called the store but no one answered. I love in St. Joseph, Missouri.
