American Deli - Athens

This place has the worst service. I would give a negative 5 if I could. The cashier had the biggest attitude, like if I was bothering her. Wings are always over cooked, my order was completely wrong. I requested for a refund, it took almost 15 minutes to call the manager on the phone. The other staff didn't speak no English.

Rude, Rude, Rude, the manager and the rude attitude girls up front. The GIRL got my order wrong and when I said something the dude started talking Spanish, didn't want to make the order over and refund my money back. I'm usually order food 3 time for my family and I, but not again. American deli thank you so much for your rudeness you will never make a dime off me EVER

I used to work at this restaurant, and during my lunch breaks, I had the freedom to choose anything from the menu. I truly loved everything! I highly recommend American Deli. Even though I'm no longer an employee, I still come back to enjoy the delicious food and great service.

I nearly always enjoy my meal at the American Deli. If you're searching for delicious Philly cheesesteaks and fries, this is definitely the place to go. The Philly cheesesteaks are a bit smaller than I remember, but they still have that legendary American Deli flavor I loved back in college. The chicken is also excellent, making it a great option for a quick and satisfying meal.

I ordered fried white fish for my kids, and thank goodness I broke it apart before serving because every single piece was full of bones—so many that it seemed like whoever prepared it didn't know what they were doing. On a brighter note, their wings are fantastic, and the Philly cheesesteak is delicious!
