But especially the young lady that is the barista and sells the sweets. This is definitely that small town type of cafe, that keeps you coming back for more! Oh and the coffee
Teramisu we ordered tasted like coffee grounds were used. Presentation for a birthday cake left things to be desired. Overpriced for the product.
Love this place! Love their salads, sandwiches wraps. Oh Ofcourse their desserts are so yummy. We had their Cabana Wrap on this trip it is very tasty lots of flavor! The creamy tomato soup is very yummy. Friendly staff owner!
This is where I went for my birthday lunch! Yummy ?!
I really hate to rate a local restaurant so low, but I feel this is best for anyone interested or for the restaurant owners to learn something from it. For context, we were a party of 12 coming in as a wedding rehearsal dinner. My in-laws reserved for the whole place for 5:30 PM, which was the time the food needed to be ready by. We had some people that had driven from Dallas to be there and had to drive back that night. We come in slightly early (approx. 5:15PM . Their hours are 9AM-3PM. They tell us that they are behind and had a rush before we got there (2 hours ago? The staff was not rude or anything, but rather inconsiderate. What should have happened is that, since they weren't ready for a big party, and seemingly having technical issues with equipment or something (according to a waitress we should have been offered a choice to either stay or go. We would have understood better had they told us the entirety of the situation and the rotten luck. Instead, we were vaguely informed, seated, and sat down for a long 2 hour wait. We were already pretty thirsty when we got there, and the drinks had been ordered, but then we waited 30+ minutes for our water. We waited 20-30 mins for watermelon as an appetizer. Then, we waited another 30 for salad, and finally we were served dinner at 7:30PM. Because of the extremely long wait, when we got the food it was sadly mediocre. The only positive thing I can say is that they were accomodating to allergies and vegan foods. The veggies were burnt and tough, the chicken was plain, and the sauce was alright. The pie was delicious. We genuinely felt that we could have made this meal at home and it taste better. Perhaps, though, it would have tasted better had it not been for us waiting so long. The biggest upset was that no choice to stay or leave was given, but an expectation that we would stay and wait hours for a mediocre meal.
