Chick-fil-a - Athens

The Christmas decorations at this restaurant are lovely and well-organized. The food is delicious and the staff are always friendly and smiling. A great place to start your morning!

Chick-fil-A is always a favorite, but they truly excel in their customer service. The food is always fresh, they never make mistakes with your order, and they are generous with sauces like the Polynesian sauce, which is my favorite.

This Chick-fil-A is by far the rudest one in Athens. They don't care if your order is wrong and they definitely don't rush to make sure you have everything you need. I will never go back to this one

I really enjoy Chick-fil-A, but there are a couple of issues that prevent me from giving it 5 stars. Firstly, the large fry box is not always filled consistently. Secondly, while the drive-thru service is fast, it can lead to dangerous traffic conditions in the restaurant parking lot, neighboring parking lots, and sometimes even out on Atlanta Highway.

I ordered to eat today and could not find my card. the young man at the window (cole) covered the costs personally before I realized what he did. he saw that I had kids in the car and had no answer for a answer. I found my card and went immediately to get cash and repay it, but the friendly geste touched me deeply. it is rare to see such dinge nowadays from such a young man. you have great employees and I will remember this experience forever. Moreover, it was great for my young children to see such an amazing act of ease.
