Everything I've eaten here has been top notch. The best General Tso's Chicken I've ever had, solid Pad Thai, and my fav is the Steak Pho.The pho broth is amazingly savory and the local steak, abundant. I highly recommend a bowl of their steaming Steak Pho on a cold Winter day, or honestly, even on a hot Summer day.Vegetarian options: Most dishes have a vegetarian option, and their tofu is great, especially in Pad Thai and Pho.

Fusion noodle is a great restaurant. As a small business owner that is local when I learned that they use local ingredients as well I decided to dedicate more of my business to them rather than some of the larger chains to feed my employees even if it may cost a lil more. Thanks fusion keep up the great work.

Asian fusion isn't a horrible idea. But I think they just made it fusion to be able to sell take out and delivery to the college students. They have some daily specials and the prices aren't too bad. There are some tables but it seems to be very much so a take out and delivery establishment. If you eat in they don't serve you, and you have to buy bottled water. The menu was pretty interesting, they have classic asian dishes and sushi burritos. The food wasn't horrible, but will probably not come back.

If you like crab rangoons, this is the place to eat them. Spicy pepper sauce stir fry is a good combination of heat and flavor and the portion is generous.

We love Fusion Noodle!! To be honest, we always order the Teriyaki Local Steak Fried Rice because we love it so much but I'm sure that their other dishes are just as good. My husband and I have pretty good appetites but we always have enough leftover for another meal. And the Crab Rangoons are excellent also!
