Jersey Mike's Subs - Athens

Use to get the best place for steak and cheese subs. Make them fresh! Last visit I was shocked at prices: $14.95 pre-tax for a large part, no drink, no chips. Previously at reasonable prices, now from my budget! Eating is good, but not worth the price.

Have always enjoyed subs, but what distinguishes jerseys mike from other places is the bread they use for their sandwiches that is amazing. Also the customer service was 5/5 each and all employees, including the manager Ray, felt very special. Will definitely come back.

I love the customer service I received from the staff. Raymond, the manager was very helpful to explain how to deliver my food. When I got the food, it was delicious. I highly recommend this facility. Coudos to the staff.

Order online at 10:10... It was about 10:25 to do... I'm running around 10:28 and we haven't started yet? are you still wanting us to make it? because they are busy compiling a large catering order....

Their sandwiches are great if you can actually get one. I was at this location about a year ago. I tried to order a kid?s sandwich with added things to it and was told they couldn?t make it that way. I said I understood but I was willing to pay extra but they still wouldn?t make it. Said then I wouldn?t be back. Well I decided to go back. We ordered our sandwiches (we were the only ones in the store at that time) and the person that took our order put the orders on the counter for someone else to make the sandwiches and she rang up our order and we paid. The guy making our sandwiches was so slow but I was being patient , he wrapped our sandwiches up. Then the phone rang. Another guy answered and the phone and then asked the guy wrapping our sandwiches to take it and then disappeared. Instead of bagging our sandwiches and chips and giving them to us he took the call. So our sandwiches just sat there. It took forever as he argued on the phone. He finally hung up and the other guy reappeared. He started bagging each sandwich up at a snails pace and would stop in between to discuss the phone call. Needless to say I finally asked for my money back and left without any sandwiches. The food is great but the customer service at this location is awful.
