It was boiled to perfection and the chicken was juicy. the only disadvantage was that they had no cookies and still have charged us the full price and could not offer anything to replace them. I love her cookies.

For the first time order by app, and not recognized that I need to pick order. I was the only one there. by cash said I had to come in, but that this time she would give it to me through window. huh was very good, pommes, not so much because I had to go to kfc to get my order, that was my last visit.

I attempted to pick up a Doordash order at this restaurant, but when I arrived, I waited for 5 minutes before approaching the window. The lady informed me that they only had chicken legs and breasts available. Another customer mentioned that it was good, but 10 minutes later, the lady informed me that the chicken was tough and they didn't want to use it. They said they could provide sides, but nothing else. It was 9:00 at night and they were open until 10:30, but they told me they wouldn't be cooking any more chicken for the rest of the night. I quickly ate my food, but this whole situation was ridiculous. I definitely recommend avoiding this place, as it was a pathetic experience. I will never return to eat here.

I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars, but I had to settle for one. The staff is incredibly unprofessional. I waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes with no response, despite there being cars in front of me. When I finally went inside, the cashier was too busy drinking a soda to take my order. They only had a limited menu of drinks like Pepsi, sweet tea, and Mountain Dew. The chicken and biscuits were cold and hard. When I asked for a manager other than the shift supervisor, they couldn't provide me with a name. KFC needs to consider closing this location to save their reputation.

Why does this restaurant always run out of menu items and why do the employees seem miserable? Can I place my order as if I'm at a fast food restaurant?
