Magnolias Of Athens

Great place! I turned 21 on January 9th, and went bar hopping with a friend in Athens today to celebrate. Had the BEST experience here out of any bar!! Especially Kelsey, who was our bartender and very sweet!!! I told her I like cranberry juice, rum, and anything sweet and she made up a drink for us. She was very kind and it turns out she works the same career field as my friend and I on top of this job bartending! It is a stressful careerfield we work in, so the fact that she balances that full time on top of bar tending on the weekends and still has a fantastic attitude is incredible. Although we really only got a chance to meet her and who id’d us at the front (who was also very nice), I’m sure the entire staff meets great standards. Very easy going place, worth every penny. <3

I dashed in here 10 mins before the start of the UGA football game and had no prob getting a seat at the bar. No draft beers, no beer list I could see, but the staff was friendly and helped me figure out what I wanted. Lots of open space and TVs for sports. Apparently they have a bar upstairs as well. Lexie was my bartender for my first time to be here and she did an absolutely fantastic work that served me and my friends. She told me she was here almost a whole year. she deserves the whole money she asks because she is one of the best bartenders I've ever had.

We attended a wedding rehearsal dinner and enjoyed the large room's atmosphere. The service and food was outstanding!

Excellent service here, the staff know exactly what you need. I had asked for a good drink to start the night off and she did great picking out something for me, will likely join my sister here again. Thanks!
