Marti's At Midday - Athens

The best food you will put in your mouth. I love her chicken salad and pimento cheese with the best homemade pita chips. I can’t get enough of her delicious southern sweet mint tea and you must top it off with her enormous poppyseed cookie or a chocolate brownie. Her restaurant gives you that come home southern feel. Absolutely the best.

Best lunch in Athens, hands down. Huge, filling salads with the yummiest pita bread ever and creative sandwiches are your main choices. The Big Salad is my favorite, it has everything but the kitchen sink in there roasted turkey, turkey bacon, olives, roasted potatoes, green beans, artichokes... all kinds of stuff is in there! Make sure you get the gazpacho if she has it on the menu, it's awesome! Marti is an attentive, sweet owner and she has created a beautiful spot to grab lunch.

I took my Mom there for a Mother's Day lunch. It was the first time for both of us. We really enjoyed it. The caramel cake was to die for. We'll definitely be back.

This is one of my favorite lunch spots. The selections are great and they have huge brownies.

Love Marti's! The Martha is my favorite with the pimento cheese and the chicken salad! The pita chips are to die for! The staff is always pleasant! The portions are very generous!
