Ninja Japanese Steakhouse Sushi

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The shrimp tempura was dripping with oil and tasted more like heavy American-style fried food than the light, delicate tempura I was expecting. The shrimp itself was dry inside. The soy sauce they served was fake and flavorless, with only water, salt, and soy protein listed as ingredients. It was not authentic soy sauce. Additionally, instead of Ponzu sauce, which is the standard accompaniment for tempura, I was given a sauce that tasted like a mixture of duck sauce and soy sauce, but it was too salty and heavy. This was my first visit to the restaurant and I don't think I will be returning. Asian cuisine is my favorite and I have been to many Asian restaurants, but this one did not meet the high quality standards I was expecting.

The dining experience was excellent. The sushi was so delicious that we ordered an extra Sunshine Roll to take to a friend's house.

I have dined at many 5-star restaurants over the years, but Ninja Japanese Steakhouse in Hard, AL surpasses them all. The food, hibachi, chefs, and service are deserving of 6 stars. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing, and the servers are fantastic. Trust me, this restaurant offers incredibly delicious food, so give it a try - you won't be disappointed!

We love going here. The hibachi is aaahhhhmazing but all of the food that I’ve had is also pretty great.

Great Asian cuisine, and great service. Our server was Cheyenne, and she was awesome. The Calamari appetizer was good. The sushi and hibachi entrées were good. Great place to take the family.
