If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. I waited almost 35 minutes after placing a mobile order. This place is terrible!

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. I won't go into detail about my experience because it is similar to the other negative reviews here. I waited 35 minutes just to leave the line and go somewhere else, that's all I have to say. If they want a better option, they should try the one on Graphic Line Rd or 72 in Madison. The food there is much better. They should consider shutting down or making some serious changes to their business.

I work for DoorDash and I couldn't even find any assistance. It was difficult to tell if only the drive-thru was open when all the stands were open.

Super long waiting time. no sign that they do not take orders in the stands, only drive-thru. my burgerbunker was freezing as if he had already been in the freezer. it was so cold that the cheese did not melt. my sheets were dark brown and muddy when they heated the oil super hot to cook them quickly. drunk experience

Sat at the drive in for 10+ minutes waiting just to place an order before a nice lady next to us informed us that NONE of their microphones work. So, they are only doing drive thru orders.So if that lady had not told us, we would’ve sat their for who knows how long. NO warning signs, non workers letting people know, nothing.That’s garbage service.
