Contribuisci feedbackWow… When you first walk in the door, you notice that the men’s bathroom is out of order and the soda machine is out of order. You notice there are no chips and no cookies. And no bread. And of course your pick up order is not ready. It’s clear from the customer in front of you that they don’t have anything to make your sandwich with so you know you’re going to cancel your order. The poor kid who is working by himself assures you the online order will eventually get canceled, but you won’t receive a credit. He can’t give you credit back on your credit card. The manager has to do it and of course she’s not in, but hopefully out looking for a new job. By the way, when you do call her to get your credit, she won’t credit your card. You have to drive all the way back to Athens to get cash. So now I have to go through the trouble of disputing the charge on my credit card. Just wow…
I just had one of the most picture perfect sandwiches made for me!!! Shad is an amazing addition to this location!! Excellent service skills!!!
I would have given zero stars but it wouldnt let me. I get delivery from here and/or go here alot, its usually good. But last night, I ordered at 7:50pm. first I got a notice that my order had been picked up at 8:22 (tho receipt says pickup time 8:05) and would be here by 8:36. I sat and watched on the tracking map that it never left the store until 8:46. 24 minutes AFTER it was picked up from the store. Then the car icon came straight here and delivered at 8:56.Then I open up our order and sure enough it was a soggy mess. And one of the sandwiches which specifically comes with bacon, had no bacon on it and also had ranch which was not ordered on it, and it was supposed to have pepperjack cheese as well as mozzeralla that i paid extra for, there was no pepperjack. I call up there twice and it rang and rang, then third time a young girl told me that she couldnt help me, after pressing her, she gave the phone to bobby, who was very nice and told me to call back in the morning for a full refund from a manager. I have very off hours and am not up before noon on most days but I did try and failed. I called after noon and was told again they could not help me and that I can only call between 7am and 11am to talk to a manager for my refund. So now After being inconvenienced by having my order half an hour late and arrive soggy and not correct, Im still having to jump thru hoops. I even requested to have the manager call me. she said she would call him and have him call me back, but that was 3 hours ago. Is this normal practice now, that managers are no longer available??Im really disappointed in this. I guess next I will have to call corporate and see if they can help me. For the price of these things, I expected better.
By far the worst subway in the United States. If you want subway it may be a little more trouble but just go to the walmart subway. This opinion is based of the last 8-10 times I’ve been there. It’s always something. Always have an attitude or are just plain idiots. How they mess up with u standing in front of them telling you how you want it or taking 10 minutes to make one sandwich. Out or bread out of meat. You name it will happen in this store.
Would give this place zero stars if I could. Ordered online and when I went to pick it up they said they were out of bread. Took me about 4 days to get my money back. I will never eat at subway
