Mcdonald's Family Restaurant - Atherton

Although most of atherton buy takeaway coffee from here. we once tried never to come back because they use a low-quality product than other local caffes.

I love beetroot on a burger. I appreciate the return of mcoz, which only happens occasionally. so they can appreciate my devastation when they say several times that they can make a mcoz, but never have the root of the beet. the beetroot is the only human. herzinfarkt. Also...they couldn't wrap the limited time breaking omelette because they did not relish tomato.

Our hashbrown roots were still raw, the fries had no salt on them. my big hot chocolate was cold. no excuse for any part of the meal. they even couldn't pack a burger right. destruction of plants

Incompetent. these people do not read orders so that they must return for a refund or redeem their order correctly. 25 % of the time I visit, they have misunderstood. if there was a hungry hunting in this city, I would never walk to foot... in mcdonalds again.

The restaurant staff were rude and made us pay extra for items that were missing from our order, even after we showed them the receipt proving they had made a mistake. They did not apologize or offer any compensation for the inconvenience. We had to drive back to the restaurant to pick up the missing items, including chips, sweet and sour sauce, and cheese in the burger that we had already paid for. The service was slow and we had to wait 30 minutes for our fries, even though there were no other cars in line behind us. Overall, we were very disappointed with our experience and would not recommend this restaurant.
