Taco Bell - Athol

So I went to this Taco bell got my 15 year old son a dinner, got it home and a joint that was half smoked fell out of the bag. manager thought it was funny. real good employees and employees

Taco-bell always has good cheap tacos burritos and other normal taco bell food but when I went to this location's drive thru one night I noticed that it smelled awful while I was waiting in line. Not sure if it's next to a swamp or if they were having a sewer issue.

They literally kept giving us the wrong order every single time and arguing that it was right. Other times they have been good but also missed some things. Do not go to Taco Bell tonight it has incredibly bad service.

Restaurant was honestly pretty busy when I was there, but they were still friendly, fast, and patient with my large order. I have a dairy allergy and this location is the only place that accommodates that, and takes it seriously. Thank you!

Just waited in the drive thru for 15 mins to even order then when I got to the window to pick up my order they had forgotten two items. So, I got back into the drive through line but it was 8 cars deep and would have taken 30 mins to go through the drive thru for a SECOND time simply to get what I order the first time. So I decided to go inside. I stood at the counter for a few minutes until I over heard some rude employee tell her coworker that they needed to “direct me to the drive thru because they didn’t have the staff to help anyone inside” I interrupted their side conversation ABOUT ME to explain that I already had been through the drive thru and they forgot some items. Mind you they hadn’t even greeted me they just saw me and tried to get me to leave and WASTE more of my time going through the drive thru. They finally sent someone to the counter and when that employee walked away to get my missing items he said to his coworkers “I hate people like that” like excuse me for wanting the items I paid for and not wanting to wait another 30 mins to get it! They were so rude and unprofessional. Maybe if they made the orders correct the first time they wouldn’t always be so backed up.
