Ngai's - Athy

The Spice bag was terrible, not one piece of chicken. The chicken satay tasted like watery fish, used to be a good takeaway, very poor now

Food was standard Chinese fare, nothing amazing but tasty. Amy was our waitress and she was charming and attentive. Pleasent decor and plenty of space between the tables.

Lovely restaurant, all the staff there are very friendly and efficient, Kate is a gem, food always great quality highly recommend

The chips were all shrivelled up and brown. Very disappointed with this. I got brown chips 3 Saturdays in a row and still received brown chips after multiple complaints. Black greasy chips. Looked as if they were reheated many times

Although we eat and order from Ngais relatively regularly I must commend all staff for the excellent service and quality that they consistently provide. As a family we ate in the restaurant twice recently on two very busy nights Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Despite how busy the place was waiting staff were extremely efficient and the food was perfect. The staff were friendly as always we would have absolutely no complaints about their excellent service.
