Caribou Coffee - Atlanta

I had an unpleasant experience with one of the employees when my drink was made incorrectly. She was quite rude, asking me if I wanted it remade or if I could just "go" with what she had prepared. When I requested the correct drink, she snatched my cup away from me, and despite my thanking her, she didn’t respond. After she remade my drink and handed it back to me, I said thank you again, but she ignored me once more. On the other hand, the young man who took my order seemed new but was very friendly, which makes it disappointing that he might learn customer service from someone who behaves this way.

I've always been a fan of Caribou! I worked there when they first arrived in Atlanta back in 1995 and continued on and off until 2008. I adore the atmosphere, and they serve the best drinks!

The team at Caribou Coffee was great. Lots of smiles and easy to order. Dark roast coffee was strong and delicious. Also had chorizo chicken wrap that was delicious.

Stopped by after my treat your feet appointment. The chai was really good, however when i received it , i couldn’t drink it for like 30 mins. Not exaggerating, but once it cooled to hot but drinkable it was amazing.
