P.f. Chang's Atlanta Cumberland

First step out I made a reservation for 7:30 and a few minutes ago. I said that they did not see my table reservation and their kitchen was secured, causing a 45-minute to an hour delay in sitting. we decided to wait the 45 minutes, as I had my hopes for pf changs. we sat at 8:15 a.m. and the server informed us that the kitchen was from the chicken! huh is 70% of the menu. more than they did, would we like something else? others dinerd as they told them the same thing. from the time we came into the door, we felt like the guests. there were also at least 5-8 people in the kitchen, a hostess, 4 or 5 server, 2 barkeepers and 8 tables of guests. greeting and preparation of food for 8 tables of guests should not be this problem and we will not return to this place! I'll say the half of the food was ok even after waiting, but was it worth it? absolutely not! oh, and to double it. a bribe on each table for a google 5 star rating would earn us a free dessert.

We had the reservation at 19:00 clock and they sat us at 8:35 terrible service

We came to P.F. chang to the birthday of my daughter, and the host said she couldn't find my reservation. I have my reservation several days before and called to confirm the day of the reservation. so we had to wait 20 minutes after our original reservation. Once we've set ourselves, everything starts to go a little better. the waiter was good and the food was good. it just felt like the restaurant was really short, but I guess the day after Christmas can be the case. overall my daughter enjoyed her birthday dinner, which was the most important.

It was a bad experience. we were here for special family eating, because we love P.F changs everything we were still. but this does not keep up. they said the open table reservation does not work with them and did not have us. to the happiness it was Tuesday evening so restaurant was half empty. Nevertheless they stood around and waited 10 minutes while I stared at empty tables where we could sit. the waitress took our order forever, bringing drinks, bringing food, everything. music was so loud that you could not really have a nice conversation. Finally, the food came and it was muddy. $200 for a party of 5 and a bad experience. I won't be back.
