Subway - Atlanta

The staff is very courteous, and the service is quick. However, I've noticed an issue with the hot subs, such as steak or meatballs; occasionally, the meat is served cold even when I specifically requested it to be toasted. If this concern is resolved, I would definitely consider coming for lunch more frequently. I would raise my rating from 2 stars to 4.

Awful customer service! I arrived around 10:30 to avoid the lunch rush, and I was the only customer there. The staff member was constantly rushing me, and when I inquired about the new subway melts, she was quite rude and seemed unfamiliar with what I was asking. I also asked about the sandwiches included in the $6 lunch deal, and she responded with impatience. Frustrated by her attitude, I decided to leave. I will not return to this location again. They need to hire employees who are willing to work and who treat customers kindly.

I rarely eat at this location, and now I understand why! While waiting for our pickup order from Marco's next door to this Subway, my husband and I were horrified when we saw an older female worker (possibly the owner?) go from sweeping the floor to using that same broom to "clean" the tables! Yuck! It's astonishing that anyone would think that was acceptable. This happened a few months ago, and although I meant to call in and complain, I simply forgot. I was reminded of it today, so here’s my review. Good luck!

Just gonna put this star here so I remember the subway with the skimpy sandwiches (I got 7 ingredients) and the burnt cookies.

I ordered three sandwiches yesterday evening via mobile order, one of which was a chicken sandwich with toppings. Picked them up on time and upon arriving home I opened mine and noticed that the chicken and cheese was missing from my sandwich.. however it was still toasted because the bread was rock hard. Soo I guess they just toasted the veggies? I?m not really sure but needless to say I was a bit disappointed as I was really craving that sandwich. At least my families orders were fine.
