Taco Bell - Atlanta

The drive-thru experience was a complete joke. I arrived at 12:30 AM and waited 40 minutes just to get to the front, only to find out they close at 3 AM on Fridays. They then informed us that they were only taking DoorDash orders. It was incredibly frustrating—I wish I could give them negative stars. It was a very disappointing experience; they should put up a sign outside to let people know. Fortunately, McDonald's was still serving and they were getting customers through quickly. I also noticed how slow Taco Bell was; I suspect it was because the DoorDash drivers were waiting for orders that weren’t even ready. I actually considered leaving to go to McDonald's since they were moving so much faster. Lesson learned: avoid the drive-thru at all costs!

It would have been helpful if there were a sign in the lengthy drive-thru line indicating that they only accept mobile orders, rather than waiting until you reach the screen to inform you!

Every time I go there, everything is consistently exceptional. The food quality is excellent, and the service is top-notch. You always know what to expect, and honestly, you can't ask for more than that.

We stopped here for lunch just now. We were going to go through the drive thru, but I needed to use the restroom so we parked and I went in while my husband was adjusting the seat and preparing to take over driving. Upon entering and going toward therestroom, an employee barks out, loudly enough for everyone in the dining room to hear, ?You can?t use the restroom until youbuy something.? First of all, super rude way to speak to someone. Second, really inconsiderate policy that I?ve neverexperienced at any other restaurant, whether close to the interstate or not.

After waiting 10 minutes to place my order I was informed they can only accept cash!!! So I had to wait another 10 minutes for everyone else to get their order before I could be on my way.
