They didn’t have a Sauvignon Blanc I wanted and offered me the Chardonnay version which was more for the same price. We appreciate that and kudos to them for not doing the up sell we have experienced at other restaurants. I love their Southern Italian decor and the vibe. Lots of sunflowers and vignette seating. Their pizza coming out of that fabulous oven) is as good as it gets along with their amazing selection of carpaccio. We also love their pasta tasting which allows you to taste up to 3 different pastas on one plate. The spaghettini Neri with crab and artichoke is my all time favorite unique. Fish dishes are always good as well. Not many fails on this menu. AC is full of good restaurants we know. However, Girasole offers ambiance, service, and truly delicious Italian cuisine consistently. Hard to pass up.
My husband and I were walking along the boardwalk in search of funnel cake and this was the only place on the strip that had it available on the menu. It was just what we were craving and left satisfied. We realized that my husband lost his wallet, so we back tracked thinking it was gone. Thank you to the people working there for reassuring us that there are still honest people. ??
Absolutely delicious. Great service from Giovanni. Went as a party of 10 and not one person was disappointed. Definitely will return!
The Mill- The pizza was absolutely fantastic and we would 100% return in the future. Our pizza was very affordable for the area. You can see some large fish right off the pier and people feed them, which was also really cool!
I do recommend this place. The pizzas are really terrific and the service is always fine. BUT…I have an issue with being auto-grated and not being told that I am. Especially, if there are tipping guidelines printed on the receipt. I find this immoral and lacking ethics, sneaky at best. The Mill is not the only place that does this, so not singling them out, but it has happened to me on several occasions here. I don’t like it.
