Café 500 - Atlantic City

The place doesn't deserve one star!!! We came to the breakfast. We were waiting in line line 30 mins, then got in. The waiter wasn't nice to us. She was very slow. My first language isn't English but I think I speak pretty good and it's not a problem to understand me. But she was asking many times and making faces... it really wasn't nice of her I felt uncomfortable. And my husband too! Then we got bread with mould on it. Three times they brought as this bread. Three times!!! And each time it was mould on it. It were me, my husband and our little baby!!! I wanted to give food to my son, we usually share breakfast with him. The waiter saw a baby there and brought us bread with mould. Of course nobody should ever receive food like that. It was super nasty. Coffee is cheap and bad. They didn't have good cream of half&half.. super disappointed and bad. Eggs were not delicious or looking good. That baked potatoes on the side.. I don't even know how to describe it.... 60 dollars for very bad breakfast. And rude treatment.

My son got fish and chips. Fish was still frozen. So nothing was fresh. Clam chowder was good. Over priced. I had butterfly shrimp. I could tell they were frozen. Dinner was 46.00. We didn't have any drinks. We did go back for breakfast the next day. Very disappointed. Breakfast for 2 was 43.00. We didn't get anything special. Cup of coffee is 3 dollars. Rip off. Staff was friendly.

I was there for the 4th of July weekend. Great breakfast for excellent price. But what went above and beyond everything was our server Scarlett... she just took it to the next level. What an extraordinary service.

After our morning jogging (10 km we finally landed at this place to have a breakfast. It is perfect here- good service nice food, not expensive, amazing vibe....And guess what? In front you have the Casino machines:

Great diner in the Ocean Resort food district. We had breakfast for four, and the portions were generous with fresh eggs. I deducted one star because the home fries were a bit plain—just cubed potatoes with no peppers or onions; they tasted like they came from a frozen bag. The Eggs Benedict was very good, and the omelets were excellent, as were the eggs over easy. A helpful tip: if you show your Ocean Resort card to the staff, you'll get a discount. The service was acceptable.
