When you do not get ketchup for your burger at home, it's OK! But when you are away in a hotel room being served a burger with out THE KETCHUP YOU SPECIFICALLY ORDERED IS A BUMMER!!!
I ordered a salad with romaine lettuce and chicken and cucumbers and they gave me iceberg lettuce with no cucumbers and the bread was burnt
