Fresh Harvest Buffet - Atlantic City

I recently dined at Fresh Harvest Buffet in the Hard Rock Hotel for the first time. The venue was impeccably clean, had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly. Our waiter was fantastic. However, I was disappointed with the food. While it looked appealing, most of the dishes were bland, some were cold, and others just didn’t taste good. The highlight of my meal was actually the salad I made. At $29.99, I felt the price was too high for the quality of the food. Unfortunately, I would recommend the Borgata over this place. I’m giving it 2 stars solely due to the amazing and hardworking staff.

Carlos, the head manager, is doing an excellent job running the place. The food was outstanding, and my favorites were the mac and cheese and the apple cobbler—both are must-tries! I can't wait to return. This is, without a doubt, the best buffet I've ever been to!

We first visited Fresh Harvest Buffet in mid-2020 when the food was unlimited but had to be ordered and served. The selection was less extensive than a regular buffet. However, we decided to give the restaurant another shot, and we enjoyed both the food and the overall experience much more this time. Since we love seafood and steak, we focused on those dishes, and the prime rib was excellent. There were also plenty of great dessert options to choose from!

Had dinner here tonight for the first time. Ah-mazing! $30 for adult, which isn?t bad at all. Tried a little bit of everything. The salads are so good, def one of my favs. The seafood bar was nice and clean, shrimp is delish. The Italian side has the basics; ravioli, clams casino, a few different wood fired pizzas. The white pizza is my fav. The Asian section was really tasty. General Tso chicken is veeery good! Fried rice is eh.. lomein was pretty good, unique flavor in a good way. Crab ragoons weren?t that great, tasted stale. The American section was very good! Fab was the Mac and cheese and the mashed potatoes which tasted like real mash and not the cheap card kind. Dessert bar has a great selection. Crepes, multiple kids of gelato, apple cobbler, bread pudding, cookies, cakes, and so much more. I?ll def be back again!

Food was okay. Some hits were the ribs, smoked turkey and roast pork belly. Much of the other food was either very bland or just overly salted. Everything was very average or below. The dessert looked good but everything except the tiramisu was very tasteless. The chocolate mouse was barely chocolate mouse. I would recommend eating somewhere else for the price.
