The Baristas here are terrible. Someone needs to look into the hospitality part of this location and do some cleaning up of the staff.Coffee is not just overpriced, but it is a highway robbery. On top of that the attitude of the servers. Better to just step in to the dessert shop next to it (don’t remember the name) which servers coffee as well.
This location offers a standard Starbucks menu, and is is take out only. Although there is limited seating offered at the nearby Borgata Bakery, and a few patio style tables and chairs around the seasonal display (that used to be the fountain. MGM comp dollars can be used, at 2 for 1, so a basic cup of coffee can cost you nearly $10 comp dollars. Early mornings are especially busy, but at other times it is a short wait.
My first experience with them is, I ordered my drink and waited for it. Everybody who came after me was already gone. I still see no cup for my drink so I asked the barista if she has a drink with my name and she said no. She didn't bother to do more than that because she was busy but I found that rude. So I'm out of a drink then? Another girl asks the rest of the workers if anybody took my order and my cashier says yes. So she makes my drink. Imagine I had waited longer and she wasn't there, imagine she had forgot. I guess I'll take a receipt next time. This is the first Starbucks where this interaction went terribly. I got my drink but I also received an attitude. I get you're busy but that's not my fault.
It’s a chain store nothing stands out, Carmel iced latte is ok but I think egg sandwich was good. Store small and staff is ok
