Kyoto Sushi - Atlantic Highlands

I had an exceptionally delightful Japanese hibachi dinner, particularly enjoying the lobster and filet mignon. The pork fried rice was fantastic as well. The kani sushi, negimaki, and shrimp tempura were all excellent. I do wish they had hibachi grills at the tables in the restaurant, as it would have been fun to cook alongside the chefs.
