Excelente el menú a la carta o el bufete, el sazón es muy bueno, las pociones adecuadas y tienen opción de comida vegetariana, el ambiente es muy ameno y familiar. Se come delicioso y el servicio y trato son buenísimos

El restaurante del hotel Villas Arqueológicas Teotihuacan es una excelente opción de comida cuando se visita el sitio arqueológico, el servicio es cálido y dedicado en una atmósfera tranquila.La comida es variada y con muy buen sabor, se pueden elegir platillos de la carta, pero siempre es mejor cuando en el sitio hay buffet, ya que el abanico de opciones crece.

Las habitaciones están bastante simples , limpias pero como la zona es muy fría no tienen cobertores suficientes , los acabados de la habitación demasiado baratos , pudieran mejorar , el restaurante en domingo ofrece un Bufette bastante caro por cierto , bien atendido por los meseros y los alimentos están buenos , ofrecen un servicio de spa el cual tomaron mis hijas y salieron satisfechas , la alberca se ve limpia, solo las habitaciones demasiado simples con bases de concreto y una TV de 23 pulgadas que es difícil ver , eso sí una ubicación excelente.

Es la ruina arqueológica más impactante de mesoamerica, por sus gigantescas dimensiones. Fascinante y misteriosa.

Great location, have been here since the 90s. The place in decline. Management inept. Wanted quiet room. The room had no net. Changed space, network service storage and not able to work. Rooms loud with children play outside my window after the darkness. Drunks sing loudly by the pool at 10:00. Picked managers twice by phone to deal with the situation. Drunks singed at 10:45, at what time I went to the reception and told the manager to do something. Obvious the manager couldn't handle the situation. Then around 11, finally calmed down and I could rest. Cool at night and heating didn't work. Water pressure not good and shower head faulty. Paid $100 per night and thought it high when I mentioned that at check-in was recommended that even a special, not published, for half price. Feel demolished and very sorry that after stay there many times, that was really bad. You decide whether you want a similar experience. Rest of staff very good, spa good, and the restaurant good.
