Chick-fil-a - Attleboro

I had a disappointing experience with my order, which was completely messed up. I ordered five chicken sandwiches, but they got it wrong. When I called to complain, I was put on hold for eight minutes. After hanging up and calling back, I was put on hold again for another 15 minutes, and then the line was busy for the rest of the night, making it impossible to reach them. I called at 9:12 PM, and the line remained busy until they closed at 10:00 PM. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location. I've noticed that my kids often get stomachaches after eating their food.

This place is always a pleasure to eat it. Their food is great! They also seem to use the same quality of ingredients in their positive, quick service. This place has something very special as the staff always seem to create a very positive atmosphere.They all seem like they genuinely like each other as friends and enjoy working together that means a lot to me and speaksvolumes of the company overall. My only ?complaint? I wish we had one closer to our home. But it?s always worth the 30 minutetrip.

This Chick-fil-A is absolutely exceptional. Having lived in the South for many years, I've visited my fair share of Chick-fil-A locations. The food quality and the staff here are outstanding. Everything is consistently delicious and fresh. They don't pre-scoop their mac and cheese and let it sit like many others do. The lines move quickly even during peak hours. You can tell they take great pride in the food they serve. I've never had a bad meal here, and I truly appreciate it!

I ordered through the drive-thru and when I got home, I discovered that my entire order was messed up. I didn't receive two sandwiches that I had asked for, which meant I missed out on breakfast that morning. I called to complain, but all they did was note my issue in their system, and I wasn’t satisfied with that response.

We pulled into a full parking lot at Noon on a Tuesday. This was our 1st visit to a Chik-fil-A. We were greeted warmly upon entry. Our order was taken immediately and we had barely paid before we were handed our order. The food was steaming hot, fresh delicious. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. The employees were amazing. Truly friendly helpful. We will Definitely be back!
