Royaltea Donuts Sub - Atwater

This restaurant has the most incredible jasmine tea that you can find anywhere! I absolutely adore it and the warm, friendly atmosphere. I make it a point to visit at least 1-3 times a week. Their donuts are also outstanding, with no lingering aftertaste like other shops in the city. Don't bother going anywhere else for donuts or boba, this place is the best in the city.

Great breakfast sandwiches and donuts. the children love the boba drinks. wish the donut selection was bigger, but what they have is delicious.

I just bought the whole family dinner there today pastrami sandwiches and everybody’s Tummies and taste buds where is satisfied including everyone got a Boba each for dessert and donut holes couldn’t leave the place without some donuts LOL!!! Always fresh and delicious???

These are the best donuts I've ever had! The customer service is excellent and their coconut boba drink is amazing too. What sets this place apart is their consistent quality and taste. Every visit, you can trust that the donuts will be just as delicious as the first time you tried them.
